Hostal Bubango

Hostal Bubango is a small family run boutique hostel located right on the main square of the charming town of Los Sauces, La Palma island, Canaries, Spain. We offer single and double rooms plus beds in the shared dormitory to accommodate all types of travel. The hostel has a fully equipped shared kitchen, garden patio with a storage and laundry room and, last but not least, an amazing terrace with views all the way to the island of Tenerife.

Los Sauces is an authentic Canarian little town. It has all the amenities you might need during your stay and at the same time it is quiet and traditional. There is not much tourism here except for the hostel. At the same time some of the biggest attractions of the island are all within walking distance: cascada de Los Tilos, Charco Azul or playa de Puerto Espindola. The charming sister town of San Andres should not missed, either.

For first time guests: Canary Islands are part of Spain and EU politically and at the same time part of the African continent geographically. Thanks to this we offer the perfect combination of warm weather and accessibility. Being the island that is furthest out in the ocean we have relatively little temperature variation. Typical winter day temperature is 18 degrees, while in summer it is 23 degrees. This makes us a perfect year round destination.

There is a frequent bus line stopping in the square right in front of the hostel. Driving distances let you get to us in 29km from the airport or 20km from Santa Cruz de la Palma. On the other hand we are at the gates of the beautiful, green and wild north of the island.
